Questions and Answers

We all have questions that require answers prior to our decision to buy an item we are interested in.Your questions are always welcome by us, simply contact us at cattyvet@hotmail.com .

 These are some questions that we are commonly asked.

  1. What is the expiration date on this item? Our store only represents a very small part of our retail business. We have a constant turn over of product. All product we sell is long dated, generally over 1 year.
  2. What method of payment do accept.? We take all major credit cards (MC.Visa,Amex and Discover), paypal,money orders and standard bank checks,Please note bank checks will delay shipment two weeks while your check clear.  All credit card payments will be seen on your invoice as Owen Enterprises 
  3. What is the cost of shipping? Nearly all items have shipping included. Unless stated there are not any additional shipping or handling fees,
  4. Do I need insurance? We recommend insurance on all items.  We encourage everyone to purchase the optional insurance to protect themselves from packages damaged or lost in the mail. While these problems do not occur very often when it is your package it is a disaster. 
  5.  When did you ship our item? Most items are shipped M-F within 24 hours of payment in most cases. If we have multiple orders for the same item your order may be shipped 48 hours after payment. If for some reason there is a excessive delay we will contact you. Remember checks or e-checks that are pending will delay your order until their status is cleared.
  6. How long will it take for our item to arrive? Most items whether shipped priorty or first class arrive within one week. Parcel post is usually slightly longer, generally about 2 weeks.However, I have seen parcel post take up to three to four weeks especially,around holidays.  
  7. Will you ship outside of the United States? Yes. International shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $3.00 and to the United Kingdom is $6.00. All other international customers please click here.
  8. Do you accept returns?  Yes, under the following conditions.
    • All product must be returned within seven days.
    • You are responsible for the shipping to return the product.
    • .The product must be in its orginal condition.
    • There is a $5.00 restocking charge on all returns.
    • Refunds are on product only. They do not include the original shipping
    • Only after the product is received by cattyvet will a refund be issued.
